Apply an appropriate massage oil or body-care product to help the device glide comfortably.
Switch on the PÚRIVA HeatGlide™ Electric Body Gua Sha Massager and begin at the lowest level, gradually increasing only if comfortable.
Move the device continuously across a suitable body area rather than leaving it stationary. Do not use on the same area for more than 1 minute.
Temporary scraping/cupping marks can occur. Allow any marks to disappear completely before treating that area again.
