4. PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

If a pricing error occurs, PÚRIVA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed using the incorrect price. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

PÚRIVA reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, stock availability, pricing errors, misuse of promotions or any other legitimate business reason.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a refund where applicable.

6. PAYMENTS

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards issued by major South African banks, including Capitec Bank, FNB, Standard Bank, Absa, Nedbank, African Bank, TymeBank, Discovery Bank and Investec, as well as eligible cards issued by other banks.

Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available at checkout on supported devices.

Your card must be enabled for online purchases, and every transaction remains subject to authorisation by your bank. The payment options available to you will be displayed at checkout and may depend on your card, bank, device and transaction eligibility.

Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers. PÚRIVA does not directly store complete payment-card details.

7. SHIPPING

Delivery estimates provided on our website are estimates only. Delivery time is 5-18 business days.

While we make every effort to ensure orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to courier services, supplier processing, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

PÚRIVA shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Return and Refund Policy. We opt to store credit rather than refund.
